Welcome, New Clients!

We're so glad you're here! Whether this is your very first session or you've experienced holistic wellness before, you're in the right place. This page is your step-by-step guide so you feel comfortable, prepared, and excited for what's ahead.

Step 1: Book Your Session

Head over to our Home page and choose the introductory service that feels right for you.

Step 2: Complete Your Intake Form

Before your first session, please fill out our short New Client Intake Form. It only takes a minute and gives me the basic info I need to prepare for your appointment.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Session

Virtual Sessions (via Zoom)

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be interrupted
  • Have a glass of water nearby
  • Make sure your device is charged and your internet connection is stable

Remote (Email) Session

  • No need to log in or connect—just set an intention for your session. Sessions will be completed within 24 hours of the selected date and time
  • I'll send you follow-up notes once your session is complete

In-Person Session

  • Bring water to stay hydrated before and after


*For all sessions: Drink at least 8oz of water 15 minutes before your session. A session report will be sent to you via email after the session has concluded. 

What to Expect

  • Sessions are supportive and personalized just for you
  • We'll move at your pace, keeping things simple
  • Afterward, you may feel lighter, calmer, or more balanced

After Your Session

  • Take time to rest, reflect, and journal if you'd like
  • Continue drinking water to support energy flow and the detoxification process
  • Drink at least 8 oz of water following your session
  • You may experience processing symptoms up to a few days after the session is complete
  • You'll receive follow-up notes and recommendations as needed

Processing Time & Possible Symptoms

After a session, your body and energy may continue to process and rebalance for up to 1-3 days. Everyone experiences this differently. Some clients notice shifts right away, while others feel changes more subtly over time.

 

You may experience:

  • Feeling lighter, calmer, or more energized
  • Needing extra rest or sleep
  • Increased emotions surfacing for release
  • Mild physical detox signs (thirst, fatigue, temporary aches, etc.)

These are all normal signs that your body is adjusting and integrating the work we've done together. 


Supporting Your Processing:

  • Drink plenty of water 
  • Listen to your body—rest if you need to
  • Journaling, gentle movement, or grounding time in nature can also help


Remember: Symptoms are temporary and usually pass quickly. If you have any concerns at any point, please reach out—I'm here for support. 


Most clients experience a processing period of about 1-3 days after a session. During this time, your body may release or adjust in ways that feel physical, emotional, or energetic. These shifts are normal and part of your healing process. 


After this window, your body may still be integrating the work, but any noticeable symptoms will typically ease.
